Augustus Osei Tutu 

Ambassador Major General Francis Adu-Amanfoh (Retired) is a renowned military strategist, intelligence director, and diplomat whose four-decade career spans United Nations peacekeeping missions, international defense academia, and senior national security leadership. Former Chief of Defence Intelligence and Ambassador to Liberia and later Mali and Mauritania, he also served as Ghana’s National Security Coordinator, advancing regional stability and security cooperation. He remains a respected voice in security, diplomacy, and leadership.

Kenneth Adu-Amanfoh is a leading intelligence, cybersecurity, and governance executive driving security modernization across Africa. As Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Global Intelligence and Security Institute and Founder of the Africa Cybersecurity and Digital Rights Organization, he strengthens counter-organized-crime systems, digital-rights protections, and cyber policy. A former Deputy Director-General of the Ghana Narcotics Control Commission and Director of Cybersecurity at the National Communications Authority (NCA) . He played a pivotal role in shaping Africa’s cybersecurity architecture, contributing to the development of the National Cybersecurity Policy, the establishment of the Cybersecurity Centre, and the creation of a National/ Sector-specific Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Augustus Osei Tutu is Chief Operating Officer of the Africa Global Intelligence and Security Institute (AGISI), overseeing operations, strategy, and growth to advance intelligence capacity and security cooperation. With over 30 years across the Department of Defense, corporate, and public sectors, he brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and change management.
